For when you are short of space but want to move, feel more awake, energised and happy these standing kids' yoga classes are great - designed for ages 5 to 11.
A few minutes of movement can be enough to make you much more alert. When you don't feel like standing, or wanted to stay seated on the floor, or even a chair, these classes offer a great way to enjoy yoga, feel calm and happy. Designed for ages 5 to 11.
While all our classes is good for stress these classes are a great place to start with your kids. There are so many demands on their young lives it is amazing to give them the time and space to calm down and relax.
These classes help our children get ready and then recover from sporting activities. Great to bookend a PE session with!
