Children's Yoga Classses Ages 5 to 7

Energising Classes

Ages 5 - 7

It's time to roar like a lion, feel awake and be super energised with this series of classes for 5 to 7 years! With lot's of movement, fun poses and breathing, let's feel great and ready for anything!

Focussing Classes

Ages 5 - 7

Through movement, balance and breathing let's get focussed so we can achieve anything! With fun poses like Tree, Tiger and Boat let's change the World!

Relaxing Classes

Ages 5 - 7

In this collection of children's yoga classes we have time to be still, relax and ask 'How am I feeling today?'. When we feel bad there are ways to recognise this, and techniques we can do to feel better. Let's focus on our breath, stretch and feel fantastic and relaxed.

Yoga Series

Ages 5 - 7

Follow this series and notice student's progression. Each class is around 20 minutes. Follow the series in order but feel free to repeat a class with your children several times and repeat the series :)

Feel energised and ready for the day with these fun energising children's yoga classes for 8 to 11 years. Join Helen in roaring like a lion and feeling amazing!

Focussing Classes

Ages 8 - 11

Find your balance, find your focus with these fun, challenging and rewarding yoga classes. Let's get focussed and achieve with our movement, bodies and breath.

Relaxing Classes

Ages 8 - 11

It is import to pause and ourselves - 'how are we doing today?' These classes give us permission to do just that, focus on our breath, stretch, visualise and feel fantastic!

Children's Yoga Classses All Ages 5 to 11

Standing Classes

Ages 5 - 11

For when you are short of space but want to move, feel more awake, energised and happy these standing kids' yoga classes are great - designed for ages 5 to 11.

Seated Classes

Ages 5 - 11

A few minutes of movement can be enough to make you much more alert. When you don't feel like standing, or wanted to stay seated on the floor, or even a chair, these classes offer a great way to enjoy yoga, feel calm and happy. Designed for ages 5 to 11.

Guided Relaxation

Ages 5 - 11

Let Helen guide you through a series of relaxations. How often do you get asked to lie down, close your eyes and completely relax? This is a great thing to do once a day or as often as you can.

Yoga for Stress

Ages 5 - 11

While all our classes is good for stress these classes are a great place to start with your kids. There are so many demands on their young lives it is amazing to give them the time and space to calm down and relax.

Yoga for Sport

Ages 5 - 11

These classes help our children get ready and then recover from sporting activities. Great to bookend a PE session with!

Yoga for Exams

Ages 5 - 11

Exams are unfortunately part of life, so let's do what we can to make them as bearable as possible - yoga, I know, can definitely help! In this collection we have classes to feel calm, confident and focussed! Yoga can really help us stay calm and perform at our best, perfect for when it is exam time!
